Given Asiamine's presence and closeness to major coal consuming customers and its foothold in coal supply regions, it is able to provide end-to-end support to customers and is able to customize its products and offerings to tailor meet its customers' specific requirements. To ensure that we deliver the best value to our customers, we first spend time upfront to understand their needs before tailoring our products and services accordingly. Some of the parameters that we take into consideration include coal specifications, quantities, delivery parameters and special requests (i.e. max quantity for delivery, max truck or barge size, etc). We work relentlessly with miners, logistics providers, laboratories and quality control agencies, technology providers to ensure that the coal supply chain is managed in manner which meets customers'requirements.
